Hi, I’m Audrey—the founder of The Brewing Mind Counselling.
I have called Canada home for over a decade. Fluent in both French and English, I bring a multicultural perspective and a heartfelt commitment to supporting individuals through times of change, uncertainty, and growth.
My approach is grounded in kindness, empathy, and a deep belief in each person’s inner wisdom. I work from a holistic, person-centred lens—integrating mind, body, and soul to support healing and growth in a way that feels authentic to you.

Three Fun Things About Me
I’ve always believed that life has a funny way of brewing its own surprises. I’ve spent years exploring the art of tea—not just drinking it, but really getting to know it. (Yes, I’m a bit of a tea nerd… officially a tea sommelier!)
Before becoming a therapist, I worked behind the scenes in the film industry, where I learned a lot about stories, timing, and the beauty of quiet moments.
And not too long ago, I found myself navigating the rollercoaster of a “later-in-life” pregnancy—an experience that was humbling, hilarious, and incredibly grounding.

We respectfully acknowledge that we live, play, and work as uninvited guests on the ancestral and unceded Coast Salish Territory; the traditional territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ílwətaʔɬ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
